Yes, the entire house (140 m2), garden and swimming pool are exclusively designed for you and your loved ones-without sharing with other guests.

How many people can spend the night at home?

The house can comfortably accommodate from 6 to 8 people. Ideal for families, groups of friends or two couples with children.

How can I book my accommodation?

Does the house have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, we offer fast and stable Wi-Fi throughout your home-perfect for remote work or entertainment.

Are pets allowed ?

Yes, we accept guests with pets-by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Are there any towels in the house?

Each guest receives a towel at their disposal.

What does the kitchen equipment include?

Fully built kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery for 9 people, etc.)

Is the property available all year round?

Yes, the house is heated in winter and fully air-conditioned in summer – it can be booked at any time of the year.

The pool is also available in the off-season?

Yes, the pool is heated and available in season from spring to autumn-details are determined individually.

Is the house suitable for families with children?

Of course – we provide a baby cot and high chair on request.
